Sometimes on the weekends we like to let loose and enjoy a nice lunch with the family. These days, it cost around $30.00 just to go out and get something at a good cafe'. So we decided to just take it easy and throw together the classic BLT. We always use a thick maple bacon and it always turns out so delicious. Joey was even drooling over the sandwich, but he had to stick with the mixed veggie's. Yum
